I have to move my thumb to the top of my very big phone screen, press the dots and then move thumb back down to the bottom to press the delete button. 

I have to do this for every single photo

Please put a delete button at the bottom of the screen

いい点は、サイズ/解像度/色味でソートでき、カメラロールのように一覧を表示してサイズを確認できる所。加工しても日付は変わりません。悪い点は、圧縮してもカメラロール上ではサイズが変わらない場合があること。それらの画像はアプリ上では圧縮済みのデータとして表示されるため、手の施しようがない。そもそも読み込みすら上手くできないケースも。……まぁ100あったら70くらいは圧縮できると思います。

写真を整理するのに容量の大きなファイルを優先的に消せるのがとても良い。
さらにリサイズしてエクスポートできる機能も便利なんだけどEXIFデータは消えてしまうのが残念なので改善してほしい。
(撮影日時のみ残る。カメラ情報や位置情報は消えてしまう。)

Can’t do multiple selections. One by one. Does not size-sort video, only pics. Can’t get refresh button to work (on iphone version). Mysterious why Apple does not give sort-by-size functionality (conflict of intetest re: iCloud storage biz?). Had hoped this app would be better. On lookout for future iterations if improved would be killer.

I saw that this app sorted all images by size, and I was very excited to use it to free up storage on my iPhone. I even purchased the pro version because it had great reviews. But when I scroll through my images, I see that a lot of them are shown as 0 bytes. Then I click on them, and then they are actually much bigger than 0 bytes. Sorting by size does not help, the "0 byte" images are not shown as their true size. If you want to find the true size of an image, you have to click on it individually. This app is awesome for compressing images, but not for sorting them by size. I will upgrade my review to 5 stars when this is fixed. This is a very important feature.

The colour sorting is very cool.  I wanted to sort by video size, but this app doesn’t show videos at all unfortunately.

I spent way too much time trying to learn how to use this app, and even then, I only successfully got info on 215 photos. There are no instructions. The app is not intuitive enough so you can add more photos to your selection. Maybe a “select more photos” button would be a good idea. It’s a good idea, but having to manually select each photo to check is pretty useless when you have 7,000 photos and are using this app to find the ones to delete. Not buying the pro version until this is sorted out.

iPhone・iPadで撮影またはスクショした画像で、サムネ一覧では表示され、サイズも表示されているのに、開くと真っ白で表示されるものがある。
そうなった状態で左右フリックで前後移動すると決まって同じ画像(サムネ一覧上では前後ではない)が表示される。
上記とは別で、サムネ一覧で000KB GIFと表示されて、開くと上記と同じく真っ白になるものもある。
頻繁にクラッシュし、アプリが終了する。
お金を払ってproにしてしまったことが悔やまれる。

This used to be a great app that made it easy to establish the size of your photos. Now it’s impossible to work out how to use it. Very sad

finally a good storage cleaner app where not every basic feature is locked behind a paywall. Thank you for making this app accessible to everybody. I hope in the future, an update where you can sort through files on different apps (e.g. procreate and mail) becomes available.

Please add functionality to navigate from Photop photo to same photo in native Apple photo app.

I use Photop to search for photos and being able to navigate would allow me to then easily find the photos for editing.

Super handy for finding my largest photos and deleting them to free up space!

I’m a photographer so often have high res files I’ve copied on my phone - about 20mb each. After I’ve edited and sent them to friends I don’t really need them anymore but it can be hard to find them afterwards and they just sit on my phone for years taking up space!

This app helped me free up loads of space and I can use my phone again😁 Thanks!

You can easily sort by image size to find the largest pictures, and save them as much smaller sizes - all for free.

If you tap the 📶 icon in the top right corner on the main screen, you can sort by size, to find the largest images.

If you open up a single image, and tap Export, you can Save As a smaller size, and then delete the original image. It will preserve the timestamp of when the original image was taken.

Photop adds to the inbuilt photo app (IPA) the ability to separate out those photos that are not in any album. 

Because Photop augments the (IPA) all of the (IPA) functionality is preserved. 

When I was using an app that moved the photos to its own storage the Live Photo functionality was disabled for those photos. Also, 3rd party apps (that were unable to navigate to that app) were not able to search those photos. 

As the photos are maintained in the (IPA) the other 3rd party apps are able to find and then search all of the photos. 

Photop has worked solidly and without fail since I installed it several weeks ago. I have a 14PM running iOS 17.0.2.

There are other useful features.

I routinely keep over 20,000 photos on my iPhone and iPad.

iCloud can stall if the largest photos are not compressed or deleted on devices and this app gives me an easy way to sort by size and compress large images.

No other tool I found handles these simple tasks I needed as easily as this app does.
