I recently downloaded this app to clean my photos .so i swiped just 30 photos (keep or delete) after that it is showing some cool down time of 1 hour . If you purchase you can get unlimited swipes. Other wise you may cooldown of 1 hour for every 30 photos .better to choose other apps 
If you purchase the subscription of it ,it may be helpful to you BTW not recommended one 🙃

I got over 7000+ images in gallery and I’m headache to find the best way to delete them quickly. This app is amazing and I can delete what I don’t want anymore. Highly recommend!!
