The app feels totally neglected. Features are buggy, the flow is confusing, and the overall experience comes across like a rushed, outsourced build that was an obvious investor money-grab. If you’re depending on this for anything time-sensitive, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. Also, take the tiny number of existing reviews with a grain of salt. They read humorously polished and situational in a way that screams “bot farm.” This is another gig-economy concept that feels like it’s headed for the app graveyard unless someone seriously rebuilds it or injects more funds to the project creators pockets. ### 1/5 — Idea great, but… *2024-10-06, version 1.6* The app doesn’t take any credit card information at all in anyway. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2024-05-29, version 1.6* Downloaded it and tried to sign up and the app simply doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Payment system doesn’t work *2024-04-06, version 1.6* App would prob be awesome if it took any of my credit/debit cards. Effectively useless. ### 2/5 — Unresponsive Photographers!! *2023-05-29, version 1.6* I have tried to request for a photographer a few times, never been able to get the request accepted by any photographer. I have sent requests to at least 15-20 photographers each time. I don’t think the photographers even look at the request, the app just lists them to disguise users. Not recommended at all! ### 5/5 — Great option for those who actually want to be in photos *2021-12-06, version 1.6* I’m always the picture taker at family events. For my daughters communion, I decided to book PhotoSesh. It was to easy navigate and booking was easy. We were very pleased with our photos and received a few samples that night and the entire event the very next day. Since then, we’ve used Photosesh twice for events. I even had a friend hire a photographer using this service who just shot with her iPhone since large cameras were not allowed in church! Pictures were then airdropped! ### 1/5 — Waste of Time *2021-11-28, version 1.6* This App was a complete disappointment for me. I booked a session, gave my card info, my family and I ourselves ready for family pictures, and the photographer never showed. The customer support is lacking, and I couldn’t get help in a timely fashion. I wish I never downloaded the app. ### 1/5 — HATE IT *2021-07-28, version 1.6* I hate this app. I usually travel alone on vacation and never have any photos to show for it; so, downloaded this app to see if I could snag someone to do it, the app not only kept crashing but when I was finally able to ALMOST get someone says that my credit card wasn’t accepted. A waste of space in my phone HATE IT. ### 1/5 — Not what I thought it was *2020-01-02* 👎🏼 ### 1/5 — No confirmation that photographer will show up *2019-02-11, version 1.4* I booked a photographer for the first time to take pics of my business. I get to the building and wait thirty minutes and he has not shown up. I called and no answer. What if I was relying on a photographer for an event like a wedding! I understand that they cannot weed out every bad photographer, but they need to have some type of confirmation system that the photographer will show up.
