The app, however~ not so fun. I deleted and reloaded a few times. It refuses photos that are great for poster print? Also, it’s difficult to add photos. I would have ordered more but, it kept bringing me to check out option. I have up and placed the order. Looking forward to getting them. But I recently ordered again, the quality is so bad. The pictures is very pixelated and many of the pictures have whites dots on it. After taking a closer look, it’s actually the color or the material falling out leading to the white spots. Horrible quality. When I load it again, it asks if I want to send notice to the developer and I say yes every time. I received a gift for these tiles and now I can’t even redeem them. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received anything. I emailed them many times still no response. So disappointed with their customer service. ### 1/5 — Cheap quality. Worst customer services! *2019-01-07, version 1.1.33* I recently got their tiles few weeks ago and was totally disappointed with the quality of their tiles. It’s made from very cheap material and the edges are so rough that scratch you. It costs $8 each tile and I regretted buying them. I could have paid $1 extra at different companies and got a much better quality. I bought many tiles from different companies before and I wanted to try this one this time since it was a little cheaper. Totally disappointed at the quality and the customer services! They said on the website to email them if you’re not happy with the products, all LIES. I emailed them twice and never got any replies. Stay away from this company! ### 1/5 — NOT responsive to customers with problem *2019-01-03, version 1.1.33* I purchased 4 Photosquares as a Christmas present. I received no acknowledgement that an order was placed. I received no instructions on how to use photosquared. Nothing arrived at my home. I tried to contact them both before & twice since Christmas. Again, no response. However, this company managed to Bill my credit card for my order. I can get no help from their helpline or on their FB page. I now have a credit card company to plead with to reverse the charge, a disappointed daughter-in-law who did not receive this Christmas present, and unnecessary frustration of shopping online with an irresponsible company. **Developer response:** We're very sorry you've had a bad customer experience. Thank you for your patience as we look to get this squared away as quickly as possible. -PhotoSquared ### 1/5 — False information and very poor customer service *2018-12-21, version 1.1.33* As couple of other reviewers mentioned (wish I had seen their reviews before ordering), do not believe in their delivery time. We wanted to gift this, so delivery time was critical to us. We wanted to use Mixtiles, but chose to go with PhotoSquared given their low upfront cost. However, we ordered on 14th dec, and the deliver is not until 24th dec!! we emailed customer service and they would hardly respond!! Very disappointed with False information, and poor customer service. Wish we had gone with Mixtiles who seem have much more streamlined process (promised delivery on 18th dec). We love the idea and wish photosquared owned their product end to end (I am surprised that you use UPS Ground, and promise 3-5 days!!!). **Developer response:** Munni Thank you for your order. We are sorry it took a little longer than expected, we were dealing with some delivery issues with USPS and UPS. But we are happy to hear they did arrive in time for Christmas. Please note that the other company you mentioned had an even earlier cutoff date to order, so by 12/14 you would not have received your order from them at all before Xmas. In the end, we hope that your PhotoSquares came out great and that whoever you gave them to loves them as well. -PhotoSquared ### 1/5 — Lies *2018-08-23, version 1.1.27* #1 The shipment took 11 days when they claimed it typically takes only 3-5 days. #2 When asked about this time issue, the person responded as if first it was none of their business for this shipping delay, then followed up with another lie in a separate email stating that they contacted UPS to upgrade the shipping process, and claimed that it WILL NOT show up in the UPS system. #3 When asked about this “shipping change”, UPS rep said it never had happened since it did not show up in their system. Indeed, the delivery time did not change after all. What should have been a surprise gift for a friend is now delivered to nobody. I read some comments about the quality of the photos and it seemed that most of them are positive, so it is sad that in my case nobody actually get to witness it. If it wasn’t the “3-5 days”, I wouldn’t choose the normal shipping route. And I feel sorry for whomever get these art work done because the part of the team being lousy and dishonest degraded their work significantly. One last thing the app told me was don’t ever ask for refund because again, the delivery is none of our business no matter what we said online such as “3-5 days”. So please be aware, if it takes say more than a month for you to see the product, it’s also none of their business. To conclude, I won’t use their service anymore cuz I’m scared. There’re way more companies like this one, good luck PhotoSquared. **Developer response:** We're very sorry you had a bad experience in terms of the time it took for your PhotoSquares to arrive. We try to indicate that orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Yours appears to have taken longer when taking into account the weekends. We do assure you that we had reached out to our UPS reps directly (which is why it may not have shown up when you called UPS) to try to get your order adjusted and to you in time; but we were told it wasn't possible. That being said, we are diligently working to improve both our shipping times and the ways by which we can potentially adjust a shipment once it has gone out. While this obviously doesn't help your particular order, please know that we do take your concerns and complaints very seriously and will try to do better in the future. And we did review your case, and we assure you that we never indicated that we do not offer refunds. We always want our customers to be happy. If you shoot us another email (happy2help@photosquared.com), we will be happy to send you a coupon for a future order to try to make this right. ### 2/5 — Great Ap, Poor Product Experience *2018-02-16, version 1.1.21* First, the app worked perfectly for me. It was very user friendly and I enjoyed being able to edit my photos. Production and shipping were extremely fast - I placed my order on a Saturday and had my photos on Tuesday. Unfortunately, there were three flawed/damaged photos in my shipment. I immediately emailed PhotoSquared (you cannot call them - no phone number - very frustrating) with photos of the damaged photos highlighting the damage/flaws. Their customer service team responded by email requesting my original photos and offering to reprint the photos. I was pleased by their quick response and their commitment to making it right. My reprinted photos arrived. Two were perfect. The other two had damage to them to include a chipped corner and white specs floating in the middle of the other. I’ve reached out to their customer service team again (by email - again, no phone number - extremely frustrating) reporting the damage with photos of the damaged photos and am awaiting a response. Overall, the app is great. However, I’m disappointed with the final product. Two tries at printing with damaged photos in both groups. Great app, but please work on your quality control. And please consider having a phone number for customers to call. **Developer response:** Thank you for the kind words about the app and our customer service. Then I got prompt for too many photos on my phone so had to delete a lot to continue. And for some reason I can’t get the app on my IPad- only my IPhone. First order just made. The functionality of the app could be a little better, ie saving an order for next time and being add to use it in landscape mode on my 'iPad. I really enjoy the auto correct feature for the photos — it makes most of them really pop. Some of the photos it messes with the eyes so you can’t use it but for the most part it enhances the photo.
