The photo sweep feature is brilliant—it makes organizing my photos effortless. Definitely a must-have for anyone who wants to keep their photos neat and tidy. ### 5/5 — Easy to use & feature-packed! *2024-03-11* I was looking for an easy-to-use app to simply mass delete photos from my camera roll, but I was pleasantly surprised to see Photosweep offered much more. I appreciate the different gestures you can use to make selections and the ability to customize what directional swipe actions were. And right from the start, the app is pretty user friendly – I never got lost navigating it and learned how to use it pretty quickly and intuitively. Thank you! ### 1/5 — There is no reinstall option *2024-06-27, version 1.5.59.* I purchased this to have full control over my photos. I bought at the discounted rate and it was supposed to be lifetime. Then I went to install it on a second device and since there is no option to reissue I thought apple would just realize I had already purchased. Nope. Apple charged me a second time and even now it is not showing as pro. I've had to request my refund for almost 45.00 between the two purchases. ### 1/5 — Crashing mess *2024-01-17* Maybe I have too many photos? I can't get the app to do anything without crashing. Taps sometimes work 10 seconds later, then the app crashes. Photosweepapp@gmail.com ### 1/5 — Good app, bad business *2023-11-11* I actually liked this app and was going to purchase a lifetime subscription. But I went to the section to allow me to do this. Counted down a minute for the offer to be valid, and there was no way to complete the purchase. I’ve then looked for a way to cancel my subscription before my credit card is charged, and I’ve selected everything I can in the app, and can’t find a way to cancel it. I’ve sent an email to Support, and hopefully they will help me. Making it so hard to cancel, it’s not a great way to do business. **Developer response:** Please catch the offer WITHIN the countdown. Don't wait for it finish.  You will also never be charged within the 7 day trial period. Cancelling a subscription is simple for any app you have from your Apple ID area. Go to: Settings, Apple ID (tap your name), then Subscriptions to amend. Glad you like Photosweep! Genuinely never used something so easy and fast for sorting photos AND video. You swipe on the gallery grid instead of one by one which is genius as you can see everything but can also go one by one too. Oh and you can tap content into albums. So easy. Easy to quickly swipe through photos and simply tap to delete or add to an album, then easy to do a quick review before finalising. Well worth paying for the full pro version. In just a minute, I am able to go through my most recent collection of photos and assign them to the right folder or delete them. This has already saved so much space on my phone. Deletes and saves (maybe) but when I close and return nothing has changed. Once it says I’m done it won’t let me off that page. That’s just money gone.(sigh) **Developer response:** Make sure to go to recently deleted in your iOS library to remove faster. Otherwise you wait 30 days for safety. Love the one-by-one sorting method which allows you to sort your content into albums really quickly. Sorting from a gallery view is also a very convenient feature that saves a lot of your time. I couldn't find any other photo&video organizing app with the same functionality.
