Really struggled transferring iPhone photos to my laptop using Microsoft photos it kept stopping took hours 
I researched for a better way came across this pleased to say it actually worked in a short amount of time hence left a good review

This app was SO worth it! I spent years thinking I'd never be able to get my photos onto my PC from my iPhone again; no USB cable, half of my 10,000 photos were on iCloud, half on phone...

These apps were SO easy to use and so lightweight, and automatically downloaded the full res iCloud images for me before transferring them! It also formats them so my PC can read them... all in such an easy to use app that it barely feels real. 🥲

In a world of apps that feel actively hostile to their users, I have had a new hope instilled in me by this app-using experience. thank you for this gift 🥹

This app is very good at transferring photos/video to and from iPad, iPhone and Windows PC.
You can set up the destination file and it will put the transferred photos or videos into a folder within your destination folder.

**Developer response:** 试试扫码能不能连接，如果扫码都连接不上，一是电脑设置或防火墙设置问题，二你的手机没有连WiFi，可以到头条号查看检查项和反馈问题

原因找到了，大尺寸照片或视频文件（自己拍的，不是电影大文件）就会闪退。所以官方能否明说：照片或文件必须小于多少M？有点失望啊！不开心

2022年12月6日：大视频文件同步时确实存在一个BUG，在部分机型上会导致闪退；我们在照片同步iOS版1.1.7和Windows版1.16修复了相关问题，您同时更新一下手机和电脑端，看看这次能不能让你开心起来

I’m a content creator and this app is pretty easy to use and sync the photos and videos straight to my HP Desktop. The only thing I would like to see, is the option to be able to edit the phone name as I have two different iPhones I use. Other then that I would highly recommend using this app!
