Post office says that they tried using duplicate postage labels so they got sent back. As of now, no response from their customer service. I find it for plain out rude for someone to spend this kind of money and they try to cheat on the shipping. I will say that the 24 I did receive look great. I hate how they switched the product and didn’t tell you when you were ordering. After removing from packaging I was still impressed until 2 days later when I decided to hang them up. Upon doing so, I noticed my pics were printed out and just slapped on top of the canvas and was bubbling from the edges. They hadn’t glued the edges well enough to ensure this from occurring. Very disappointed! I should have went with Mix Tiles as I had used them prior. BETTER quality for your dollar. I didn’t return the tiles because I’ve got them on my wall already and can’t just throw them away. Some reviews aren’t accurate and meant to deceive future customers.
