But I paid for a month subscription and I’m surprised to find out that my subscription has expired when it’s just a week after paying for a month subscription. This is very bad and you guys should do something about it immediately because I don’t think I can subscribe again after being cheated off my first subscription. **Developer response:** Hello, we are sorry about this incident. We would like to investigate it properly, please write to support@phound.app and we take a closer look. From your description it looks like you get a trial version of the subscription (we did not charge you anything) and after 1 week of trial Apple was not able to charge you for the next month and cancelled the subscription. This is a fully functional app with many desirable features and benefits already in place. One of the major advantages is that someone can join a video conference by simply dialing the phone number. They’ll need the app to have video, but someone who is completely tech-challenged can join an international video conference (audio only) by doing nothing more than dialing the number. I understand that in 30 days one can access a video conference by simply dialing the number from Phound’s homepage. How simple is that? It’s difficult to get people to change. Many people are stuck with Zoom because they are simply used to it and don’t want to be bothered with downloading another app. With browser access, it will be effortless to get someone to join a video conference.
