Zilch, nothing, dim! Only when you open the app do you find out that you’re overdue, and you can’t even tell by how much! Will go back to my wall calendar! ### 1/5 — Unable to login to my account! *2026-07-20, version 2* In June I returned to using Phox filter after a few years not using it. Now find I can’t log into my account it says password invalid….sent email address for link to change my password but no link sent! Then tried to re register ….says email already in use, grrr! ( I know it’s mine!) I registered for email reminders to change filter that doesn’t happen either. At least with brita it’s a straightforward system on jug itself! Unfortunately lately it has stopped sending me notifications when my filter needs changing. This has happened several times at least. I’ve checked my notification settings on the phone and they are ok. To remind you when to change the filter. It signs you out and doesn’t work. The other reviews show that this is not a new problem. That’s says a lot about their approach to customer service. I’ve cancelled my filter subscription and bought the materials elsewhere.
