## What is Phrasebook?

This free app is a talking, illustrated phrasebook which translates around 300 of the most common words and phrases into 33 languages. It gives you the unique ability to communicate abroad without any language skills, as it can simply speak the desired phrase in translation. Simple to understand illustrations help make communication even easier.

Advanced versions of the phrasebooks, with more than 2,200 illustrated words and phrases, are available within the app. You also can purchase the set containing all 33 target languages.

The app supports many languages, including Russian. But not Ukrainian. There are so many Ukrainian people in the west at the moment, that this seems like a real oversight.

I have purchased the whole languages from another device, namely, an iPad. I wanted to use it on my new iPhone XS but couldn’t restore the purchases. I sent an email twice but no reaction. The purchases are not restored yet and I am always presented with an option either to buy the dann thing again or to click on restore purchases. Since I have already paid for it, I don’t intend to buy it again because if I do, that means I will have to buy it again when I use the app in another device ?

Well, the app is free, right? So you know I download it. I enter the app and it says that you must pay to have any other language besides French and either Japanese or Spanish. Don't waste your time!
