Now I build it once and copy it forward four months at a time. Such a small thing, but it saves us real time every week. ### 5/5 — Visibility and Easier Manager Workflow *2026-08-05* We used to have one nurse taking every after hours and had no idea who was calling or why. Now the calls get flagged as urgent and everything routes the way it should. I get the patient's info and a transcript right away, so I'm not playing phone tag. I understand that is a difficult situation. What is not acceptable is their lack of communication. There has been no contact with providers as to when it will be operational again. We are receiving no response to our queries. The customer service before the acquisition was great, now clearly it is zero. We will be moving to another service.
