Been going on months. Deleted and reinstalled a few times. Desktop works fine though. Please fix whatever the bug is.

Our practice has been in the dark for weeks.  The app won't open at all for any of us.  We just get a text alert and have to call the patient.  Essentially no different than a pager.  We have notified the company but no fix has been offered

They had a cyberattack almost 3 weeks ago and it has not been functional since.  I understand that is a difficult situation. What is not acceptable is their lack of communication. There has been no contact with providers as to when it will be operational again. We are receiving no response to our queries. The customer service before the acquisition was great, now clearly it is zero.  We will be moving to another service.  They can’t be relied on anymore.

Our on call schedule used be a headache to set up every single week. Now I build it once and copy it forward four months at a time. Such a small thing, but it saves us real time every week.

We used to have one nurse taking every after hours  and had no idea who was calling or why. Now the calls get flagged as urgent and everything routes the way it should. I get the patient's info and a transcript right away, so I'm not playing phone tag.  Setting up the on call schedule takes a couple minutes instead of an afternoon.
