I upgrade from the mighty Revo 14k to 16k and the app instantly fails to connect to it. I used to use it just to monitor prints and take photos. Looks like that’s no longer a thing. Guess I’ll be looking at other brands since they have never been able to get this app to function and it shows. ### 1/5 — Ok at first, but then they downgraded it. *2026-03-29* It did allow me to see my printer’s status remotely. When I tried to use the camera, it would cause the printer to freeze and fail the print. I decided to just not use the camera and it worked to see the status. That is until the updated (downgraded) the app, and now it will not allow me to add my Phrozen printer. So I no longer use it. ### 1/5 — No support *2025-12-03* Is this going to be updated to support the Arco? ### 1/5 — No heating/light control remotely? *2025-09-25* Seriously? How easy would it be to add such basic features. Top tier printers, bottom of the barrel app development. ### 1/5 — Great printer, trash app *2025-06-15* Not sure why they made such a terrible app. Forces me to make a log in, but repeatedly crashes as I’m trying to sign up. Thank you for your continued support. ### 1/5 — Mighty 8k worthless app *2025-03-01* This app is unusable with my printer. I have repeatedly tried to scan the bar code with no success. It won’t even recognize/locate the bar code from the machine. ### 1/5 — Completely useless *2024-11-24* So you have to add the printer by scanning something. There’s no support to tell you what exactly to scan so one assumes that you have to scan the barcode on the back of the printer (which is super handy AFTER you get the printer leveled and set up). The camera does not scan the barcode. Ok, you can choose a picture from your album. Supposedly. I took a picture and chose it and it went right back to trying to scan something. Worthless app and nonexistent support ### 1/5 — Non-functional *2024-11-11, version 1.3* Attempted to connect to my phrozen mighty 8k, took a picture of the QR code and code a “success” pop up but it never actually adds the printer. There’s no errors or recommended actions so the only source of troubleshooting is google. When your login expires, half the pop-up is in your set language and the rest is in what I assume to be Chinese characters. As the app currently is, it’s unusable. ### 2/5 — App was working fine until the last update *2024-06-14* I got my printer late April 2024, started using it May, 2024. The app was pretty smooth, connected it to the might Revo and everything was good. Sometime in June an update was done. Since then the app is very laggy and errors when trying to take pictures. Even opening the app and seeing the list of printers (in this case 1 printer) it takes forever to recognize. Once you click the printer it takes even longer to load the details. Not sure what they changed but a huge step backwards. ### 5/5 — So far it’s working as advertised *2024-03-16* Is there more I wish I could do with the app. Sure. I’d love to run Timelapse videos through it of the printing process and I do wish the camera had a built in led so the pictures came out better. But, it’s doing what it says it does. It allows me to monitor my print and take photos through the Mighty 8k built in camera. Setup was easy and straightforward.
