Using this app has made my back pain worse than it has ever been

I would warn anyone with any significant back injuries to stay away from using this app. I tried it and it was one of the worst decisions I made. I spoke with the owner Robin who encouraged me to take a leap of faith and said I’d heal my back injuries, which includes multiple herniated discs, by using this app and doing the exercises. I have a chronically tight PSOAS. I was told never to stretch a tight muscle, but Robin and this app told me that’s what was necessary. In a desperate attempt to heal, I followed the exercises for a week before I had to stop because of how bad it made my pain. These stretches caused my PSOAS to clench even tighter, which has reherniated one of my discs and left me in more pain than I have experienced in over a year. The scan that was done was also completely inaccurate with what is going on with my body. It had optimal in my lower back and pelvis when X-rays and MRIs show the complete opposite. I wish this could have helped me but instead it harmed me.

PHY: only 4 pictures and you get a customized training plan

I’ve been using Phy for a bit now and honestly love the experience. The app feels clean, fast, and thoughtfully designed, without all the clutter you see in a lot of apps today.

What stands out most is how intuitive everything feels — you can tell a lot of care went into both the user experience and the overall vision behind it. It’s rare to find an app that is both simple to use and genuinely makes your health drastically better.

Excited to see where the team takes it next. Definitely worth downloading and trying out.

What a difference this app makes.

When I started using this app I was suffering from leg and shoulder pains. The scanning feature identified my pain areas and tailored easy to follow exercises that has significantly reduced the pain. I also feel my posture and body alignment is so much better. Highly recommend.

Good as New!

I was in chronic pain stemming from my neck for over a month before I tried this app. After following the routine for 2 to 3 weeks I was feeling 100x better. After finishing my routine I feel as good as new! Looking forward to continuing and seeing where it takes my health.

Revolutionary

World class technology. I have worked in an office for 30 years and developed chronic back pain. This app changed my life. Thank you!
