## What is Phyros?

Phyros is a focused Apple Watch companion for sauna and cold plunge routines. Start a free session, choose sauna, plunge, or both, and keep the important details visible on your wrist.

Track each mode with clear elapsed timers, switch between sauna and plunge with a tap or double tap, and see live heart rate during your session when Health permissions are enabled. Phyros can nudge you to hydrate during sauna time and gives you a simple summary when you finish.
