When my physiotherapist Puja Patel recommend that I download this app so we can track my progress it was the best thing I could do!  I went to Puja with Achilles Tendonitis and she streamlined my exercises within this app…amazing!  It has been very helpful in my recovery and the fact that your results are sent to your physiotherapist makes you want to keep them up!  Best app especially having video for a reminder!!

Overall, I’m really happy with the app.
I’ve been given instructions by my physiotherapist with videos and repetition to be performed and it’s been really really helpful.
It has a short video of what to do and a timer and then you get to enter the level of difficulty felt.
Overall very simple to use and makes doing the actual exercise/s much more easy as it reminds you and tells what to do
