You must know to click off the ad page at the opening of the program. Perhaps use in addition to something else as the clinical info is reasonably detailed. It’s a great way to get organized, and to reference special tests that aren’t used everyday. Excellent bang for the buck. As soon as you close that add then the app is available. The product is definitely real as I have been using it for the last year!!. Apple would not let it past their rigorous review process if it was fake... Yes, there is an ads page that appears occasionally but you can close it by tapping on the X at the top right corner of the screen. I'm writing this review because ive contacted the developers about their other apps before and they have always been quick to respond and very very helpful. It really bothers me to see other users ignorantly bashing a quality company that actually cares about their customers just because of their own paranoid beliefs and inability to follow instructions. ### 5/5 — good app... *2012-03-02* Quick and easy.
