## What is PhysicalExam App?

PhysicalExam is a personal health-record organizer for iPhone and iPad. It helps
you manually store and organize records, prescriptions, measurements, laboratory
records, reminders, documents, photos, audio attachments, and travel history.

PERSONAL RECORDKEEPING

* Add and organize records by category and date
* Record prescriptions and directions from a label or source
* Store measurements and laboratory values as entered
* Keep documents and DICOM files as record attachments
* Maintain body-photo and body-sound logs
* Save travel places, dates, notes, and map locations
* Set reminders using dates and times you choose

PhysicalExam displays information entered by you or copied from a source. It
does not diagnose conditions, interpret clinical meaning, assess medical risk or
urgency, recommend treatment, verify medication directions, measure
physiological values, or generate medical alerts.

Some features require an auto-renewable subscription. Available plans, prices,
