### 2/5 — Deceiving practices

*2024-12-04*

It contains a lot fewer videos with the initial purchase than it appears in the first description.

### 1/5 — Application crashing

*2024-06-24*

This the bestest thing that happening most of the time app is crashing as i am teaching in my class.
Working normal but suddenly crashed everytime.

### 1/5 — How can I get my money back

*2020-10-20, version 2.2.07*

I'm happy with the way I use money so mad at myself wish used it good thing but I made myself sad and more i hope you understand I love the app

**Developer response:** We do process returns for purchases made through our store, but we don't have a way to process a return for the Apple App Store, as it is wholly owned and operated by Apple. For assistance, I would recommend contacting Apple Support.

### 1/5 — Question

*2020-10-11, version 2.2.07*

When I open the app it only plays the introduction-then it closes
Please advise!

**Developer response:** Thanks for reaching out. Visible Body customer service can help you with this! Please send an email to support@visiblebody.com.

### 1/5 — Too superficial and incomplete

*2019-03-09, version 2.2.07*

Stay away

### 4/5 — Great learning tool!

*2018-02-21, version 2.2.07*

My 8 and 4 year old love this app. They love learning about the different parts of the body and how they work. Several times a day my 4 Year old will find occasion to view one vignette or another, like when she bites her tongue or her stomach hurts. Cons: the price of the animation packs is a little high. Also, the audio and the animation go by too fast for full comprehension. Recommend slowing down the animation speed, and having the reader pause for two to three seconds between sentences to let the listener process what they just heard.

### 1/5 — I thought this game was free...

*2018-02-02, version 2.2.07*

I thought this was FREE COME ON

### 1/5 — Seriously

*2017-12-13, version 2.2.07*

Are they serious with this? No voice or notes on the videos? Total hack, ripoff, joke. And to have to pay for each video that provides no information or terminology as to what is going on. These people should be taken to court

**Developer response:** I'm sorry to hear of the audio issues you're experiencing (there should indeed be voiceovers)! Please email us at support@visiblebody.com so we can help troubleshoot.

### 1/5 — Would have been awesome.

*2017-07-02, version 2.2.07*

All this is, is, a commercial for in app purchases.
-Very disappointing..

### 1/5 — One dollar per second of video

*2017-07-01, version 2.2.07*

The free video seems reasonable but then they rip you off by charging say $4.99 for a "pack" that covers 7 functions in about 5 seconds and is essentially useless - don't say you weren't warned
