## What is Physio/Training ProMotion?

Wir betreuen unsere Patienten und Mitglieder hinsichtlich ihrer Gesundheit individuell, interdisziplinär und kompetent in den Bereichen Medizin, Physiotherapie und Sport- und Bewegungswissenschaft. Unsere Patienten und Mitglieder sind für uns Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen und Geschichten. Sie stehen stets im Zentrum unserer Bemühungen - wir nehmen uns Zeit, diese herauszufinden und gehen gemeinsam den Weg zu mehr Lebensqualität. Eine Hilfe ist diese App. Mit dieser können Sie Ihr Training und Ihre Trainingsfortschritte dokumentieren. Ausserdem sind sie immer sofort über Events, News und aktuelle Geschehenisse im Gesundheitszentrum informiert. Sie können hier Ihre Übungen einsehen und dokumentieren, bekommen neue Übungsideen und mit Ihrem Trainer auch online kommunizieren.
