I loved the app so I paid for a premium version they had back in 2024. Now, there is a new system (subscription) and they kept a ‘legacy’ version for previous users. Yet, the legacy version has a much more reduced content and each click comes with a prompt to subscribe. I feel this might affect my statutory rights as a consumer who purchased the app back in 2024. I loved the app but it let me down. **Developer response:** Hello Luca You are free to use the old app as it continues to operate as long as it’s supported by your device. The legacy option is courtesy from us to our existing customers. The paywall has been removed on the legacy access so we’d kindly ask you to revisit your rating ### 1/5 — Einfach nur mist *2026-01-13* Ja was kann ich sagen, hab einen Account erstellt, alles durchgelesen doch dann war nur ein schwarzer bildschirm da mit einer Taste „Erledigt”, nach tausendmal drücken und auch schließen passierte nichts, es kamm immer das selbe, hab die App dann erneut heruntergeladen was auch nichts gebracht hat. **Developer response:** Hallo Das hört sich nach einem Fehler an. Ich bin begeistert! Das einzige was mir bisher aufgefallen ist: Bei dem Kapitel „Clinical Patterns - Knie Arthrose“ fehlen Einträge und die Links funktionieren nicht. Sonst bin ich super zufrieden und empfehle die App jeden meiner Kollegen und Kolleginnen! ### 1/5 — Accès à vie se transforme en abonnement *2025-08-07* J’ai payé 55 euros en 2022 pour avoir accès au évaluation et technique de TMO à vie sur physiotutors. Aujourd’hui je me retrouve à à devoir payer une abonnement au mois ou à l’année. Je ne trouve pas ça honnête. Si vous aviez acheté en 2022 l’accès a vie a “Evaluation et techniques de TMO” dans l’ancienne application, rassurez-vous, il existe un outil de migration gratuite directement dans les anciennes apps. Cet outil permet de transférer votre accès a vie et vous donne accès au contenu correspondant dans la nouvelle application, sans frais. A noter que cette migration ne donne pas accès a un abonnement Premium complet, mais uniquement au contenu inclus dans votre achat initial. Zwar wird im Grunde alles frei angeboten, man braucht aber die in App credits, soweit so Facebook Games. Zum ersten bekommt man seinen gratis Saldo wieder gutgeschrieben damit man sagen kann das im Grunde alles kostenlos ist. Das Problem ist damit kommst du nicht weit mit den geschenkten Credits, es ist konsequent auf Monetarisierung ausgelegt. Vorher war das eine Bezahl App ohne wiederkehrende Kosten, so wie es angebracht war, jetzt ist es eine Geld Maschine. Aber eigentlich typisch für den Berufsstand. Schade, wirklich schade! **Developer response:** Dann ist das Prinzip nicht verstanden. Als bestehender Kunde der alten Apps bieten wir eine kostenfreie Migration an. Das bedeutet, dass alte Inhalte (assessments oder MT Techniken) weiterhin kostenfrei und ohne Limit genutzt werden können. Für alle anderen Inhalte fallen Credits and oder eben ein Abo. Nicht verwerflich wenn wir wöchentlich neue Inhalte zufügen. Bitte dies bei der Beurteilung berücksichtigen. Apple refused the refund and have said contact the developer, the physiotutors website redirects to apple for refunds with no direct customer services. ### 1/5 — Not working since Update *2024-11-21* Since installing the update the app won’t start, it stays on the loading screen forever.
