Upload guided progress photos, review your estimated body fat, lean mass, BMI, weight, and other physique metrics, then track how those estimates change over time. Physique AI is designed for people who want a smarter way to follow their fitness progress without relying only on the mirror, scale, or expensive in-person body scans.
