Love the information and they are very knowledgeable. However there is horrible customer support. I have been trying to cancel since December 2023. I received a reply from someone that my subscription would be canceled but I’m still being charged in March. Going through my CC company to get it cancelled now.

### 1/5 — Custom Workout feature doesn’t work

I thought I was supposed to be able to create and track your own workouts in the app but this feature does not seem to work. The only workouts I can do on this app are the 4 pre-made workouts from a plan. At the moment the only ways to get new workouts would be to purchased another plan… Not sure if that’s the whole point and there isn’t supposed to be any way to create a custom workout or what. Would be cool if this was a feature on the app in the future.

I purchased a trial through the website. There is absolutely no way to cancel before getting charged.

**UPDATE**
After multiple emails sent to the company, as well as multiple messages sent through Instagram, I finally disputed it with my credit card company and was refunded. All of a sudden Physique Development finally sent me an email that my subscription was cancelled after weeks of trying. Wow, thanks. I had a consult with a PD Trainer a couple weeks before downloading the app, VERY glad I chose not to continue and give them more money. Shady business practices if you can’t even cancel a subscription.

We are SO incredibly sorry that this was your experience and for the poor communication on our end.

We did have an issue with our email server being down for a week span along with issues accessing certain accounts; however, we take ownership of not being able to get back to you and get things refunded in a timely manner.

We have refunded your payment and have also added a free program to your account on the app (that you will be able to access at no charge and won't have to enter CC information)

Since your review, we have hired another team member to join Team PD so that we can have a better process for the app. We have emailed you as well and would love to make things right.

I loved the 12 week glute program but it completely disappeared from my app two weeks ago and I haven’t been able to get it back. Really frustrating to pay for something to not get to keep it.
