### 2/5 — Updates required

*2024-05-20*

Phone app is in desperate need of an update. Sometimes my patients messages come through, more often they do not and I have to access the web version to view.
Functionality of the app compared to the web version is lacking

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your feedback and review! This is indeed something we are working on, and there will be some future updates to the app on iOS, so keep an eye out for our newsletter for this!

### 2/5 — Crashing

*2022-04-28*

App keeps crashing since doing the update! Please sort it out

**Developer response:** Hello and thank you for your feedback. We're working towards a new release of Physitrack iOS. Let us know at support@physitrack.com if you'd like to be informed when it's released, and in the meantime you can use web version on your mobile device.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

### 1/5 — Keep crashing

*2021-12-12*

Never stop crashing from 2 years ago til today
Still crashing
Unable to use

### 1/5 — Can’t mark exercises as completed

*2021-12-10*

This used to be a good app, apart from my physio having to send a new program every time they adjusted it. Now, well, it doesn’t mark as complete, and I have to log on manually every time I use it, which means going to the original email from my physio and using the link. So a year ago was good, now it’s only useful as an occasional reference rather than an adherence and progress device.

### 1/5 — Amazing idea, poor execution

*2021-12-01*

I think you need better app designers, I love the idea of having whole exercise library on my phone. Sadly it keeps freezing and crashing

### 1/5 — Don’t bother

*2021-11-23*

I don’t usually write reviews but hoping this saves you from wasting your time.

If you are considering downloading this app to compliment the browser application don’t even bother. Open the app, it works for a second and then freezes. Close it and start again, same thing happens.

It’s broken and nothing will fix it (not even the developer it seems) even if you have the latest updates.

1 star is too kind!

### 1/5 — Client files buffering

*2021-11-18*

Cannot access half of my patients files from the app only the desktop which makes this app virtually useless

### 1/5 — Keeps crashing

*2021-11-17*

This app keeps crashing on me

### 2/5 — Not too bad when it works.

*2021-10-22*

Many time, the apps freeze right when I open it. It makes me and my patients waste a lot of time. It’s been like that since last year when I started using it. We never know when the apps is going to work.

Hope it will be fixed one day…

### 2/5 — Very difficult to use

*2021-10-16*

There seems to be a discrepancy between exercises when accessing physitrack through the website VS the app.
The app also does not let you re order exercises for programs and does not let you edit names or base descriptions (see physiotec HEP for a good example of what I mean)

### 1/5 — Practitioners: Beware!

*2021-10-09*

If you want to use this app, create a client account for yourself so you can have the “client experience”. The client-facing app is so buggy, it is virtually unusable to track and communicate. Its sole usefulness is in showing the videos. After your patient/client has the exercise down, there are far better apps for updating you with their performance consistency. Using PhysiApp is anti-motivational.

### 2/5 — Glitchy

*2021-09-30*

App has become increasingly glitchy to use. Currently won’t open at all, just freezes and then crashes.

### 2/5 — Potrebbe valere di più

*2021-09-26, version 4.1.2*

Purtroppo questa applicazione tende a bloccarsi spesso rendendosi inutilizzabile.

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2021-09-25*

After latest update app crashes when changing tabs or clicking on a user. Also no longer shows the videos assigned to a patient.

### 1/5 — The App is useless

*2021-05-28*

This App is not functional. Exercises and patient lists never completely load. Notifications are lagging behind. I have never been able to use this app at all. I feel that because it has a web-based version, the developers have not bothered to fix this issue.

**Developer response:** Hello and thank you for your feedback. We're working towards a new release of Physitrack iOS. Let us know at support@physitrack.com if you'd like to be informed when it's released, and in the meantime you can use web version on your mobile device.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t view exercise programmes

*2024-03-21*

Why can’t we view the exercise programmes in the client programme?

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your review and feedback. This is most likely an technical issue, and if it has not been solved for you yet, please reach out via email to support@physitrack and we'll get right on helping you troubleshoot the issue!

### 1/5 — PT Clinics STAY AWAY

*2024-03-11*

This company has just cancelled our account without notice due to billing error. ON THEIR END. We made payment but for some reason their system doesn’t show it, we submitted proof. Payment due March 1 of only $14.99 and the notice was sent out on 3/8 to pay invoice. The invoice when clicked stated “paid.” And they still cancel account when I have over 297 patients that would now be affected.

**Developer response:** Hello, I'm very sorry to hear about that, we'd like to get that fixed for you if we didn't already. Could you send us an email with your account details with a mention that you left a review?

Thank you for your help!

### 1/5 — Unacceptably slow 🐌🐌🐌

*2023-09-08*

Tons of exercises with good descriptions and videos is what makes Physitrack as good as it is. However…

…the biggest problem with the app is the loading time or “synchronising database” that occurs EVERY TIME that you open the app. You can’t start creating an exercise program until it’s completed. I just timed how long it takes: 5 mins 50 sec. It doesn’t matter if I’m using an iPhone 14 pro or iPad mini 6, on my home 100/50 internet connection it is unacceptable (it is worse on a mobile data connection).

This has been an issue for over 18 months now. My workaround is using the website instead, which works fine on my iPad mini but isn’t compatible with my iPhone. On the iPhone I can’t edit exercises due to the resolution issues, and zooming out completely on the browser (in settings) doesn’t fix the issue. Which is why I bought the iPad. I do a lot of home visits and I can’t afford to waste time waiting almost 6 minutes each session for an app to load.

The app should be a simplified version of the website. Just do that.

**Developer response:** Hello Newk, thank you for your review and feedback.

This is indeed something that our engineers are aware of, and it's the way the app has been designed (to sync on each opening). It shouldn't take so long, but there is no way to bypass this unfortunately. The option (that you discovered also) is to use the app via the web browser. Something that might help is to open the web browser in the "desktop-mode".

Please let us know via support@physitrack.com if you need further help!

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2022-12-16*

Complained multiple times to support explaining that every time i open the app on all devices it “synchronises the database” which takes over 20 minutes. I was told it was only happening to me so it’s not a priority - well it happens to 6 difference devices so it can’t just be me. Not worth the money!

**Developer response:** Hello, and thank you for your feedback. This is indeed something that our developers are aware of, and we are doing troubleshooting based on the issue to get you up and running. My apologies for the inconvenience.

### 1/5 — Unable to download pdf

*2022-10-29, version 5.0.9*

Unable to download the pdf version from the app

### 1/5 — Unable to download PDF on app

*2022-09-21, version 5.0.9*

Says PDF not found

### 1/5 — Other apps greatly exceed this

*2022-08-15*

Changed my password within 5 minutes of me using it for no reason. App would not then accept any password despite meeting their requirements. Contacted them to cancel. They stated they had cancelled, yet are still ILLEGALLY attempting to deduct funds. They treat customers poorly, ignore emails and not fix issues. The app always glitches and is not user friendly.

**Developer response:** Dear Natarscha,

Thank you for providing your feedback to us. We apologize for your experience as we always try to keep ourselves to the highest standards when it comes to customer communication and providing a stable and reliable solution. Please reach out to me directly via support@physitrack.com if you have any additional information you would like to share as we are always eager to learn!

All the best, Jukka

### 1/5 — Great concept and web browser, awful app

*2022-07-01*

Cannot begin to explain how awful the app is which is really a shame. Have to use the web browser for anything. Can’t open messages without the app crashing, I have been close to finishing endless programs and the app crashes on me loosing all of my work. I can see reviews on here from a year ago stating the exact same things and the response is ‘please contact support’ as if we haven’t already done that? We also shouldn’t have to contact support every five seconds. The idea is to make life easier and more convenient and using the app does exactly the opposite. Really such a shame as physitrack seem to have no motivation to fix the app considering how old these reviews are.

**Developer response:** Hi Jorjie,

Thank you for your feedback, and pointing out these issues!

I do understand what you mean, and you're correct. You as a practitioner should be able to focus on your work instead of contacting the support to solve issues. But as you can understand, you as a user have the best knowledge of what works and what doesn't, so I hope that you are able to provide this type of feedback directly to us and we truly appreciate it!

As for the technical issues:
We're currently aware of the app crashing when you're trying to open messages and we have our developers investigating the reason. If you would like to be notified on updates regarding the issue please send us a message at support@physitrack.com.

It's the first time I'm hearing about the issue of the app crashing randomly in the middle of you building the program, so I'd like to hear more about this please.

You're totally correct in that the app is indeed suppose to make your life easier, and being able to rely on the app. The good news is that we're in the process of re-designing it - which should fix a lot of on going issues!

Thank you again for your feedback, we are continuously improving and love to hear your ideas and feedback, so please let me know them!

I apologize for the inconveniences using our app.

### 1/5 — Rubbish app

*2022-03-18*

Tried to add a patient and the fields were hidden under the screen keyboard. So couldn’t complete! Basic stuff not working. Avoid it, plus it said it was free and it’s not

**Developer response:** Hello and thank you for your feedback! If you're still experiencing issue, could you send us a message at support@physitrack.com with details of your device, and we'll investigate the issue further!

### 1/5 — Do not use this app!!!

*2022-02-05*

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a while now. Even though I removed them from my Apple subscriptions the charge is still coming through. I messaged them to cancel before the first of the month, they took their time to answer me and then they still charged me and said it was “because the billing date starts on the 1st of the month”. They have not gotten back to me since then. They’re greedy and mainly after your money for a mediocre app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Super productivity tool for Physical Therapy prof.

*2023-07-19*

Very practical for the clinic — i don't know why every physical therapist wouldn't use this. Strongly recommended. Saves so much time.

**Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your feedback and review. That is really great to hear, happy you enjoy using Physitrack on your device!

### 5/5 — Ułatwia prowadzenie terapii

*2023-07-19, version 5.2.1*

Bardzo pomocna aplikacja, dzięki której prowadzenie terapii i śledzenie postępów pacjenta staje się banalnie proste

### 5/5 — Pozwala uniknąć komputera

*2023-04-17, version 5.1.4*

### 5/5 — 👍🏼

*2018-05-03*

Can see this app being used in the fitness industry in years to come. Super easy to use. Recommend 100% to physiotherapists and trainers

### 5/5 — No looking back.

*2018-04-27*

The software is extremely user-friendly and the customer service is second-to-none. Keeping track of client programs and progress has never been so easy.

### 4/5 — Essential app for my business

*2024-09-22*

My online rehab physio business could not survive without physitrack and physiapp. The database is huge and lots of exercises to choose from. The new update in the physiapp is very user friendly. The chat feature allows me to answer any questions my clients would have, and progress/regress on the spot as needed.

That being said there’s a few hiccups I’d love them to fix:
1. The program can end abruptly for the patient for no reason at times. I have to keep telling them to log out and log back in using the program code.

2. The app itself is pretty much non functional. It takes ages to load any exercises + not as user friendly as the website version. Chats don’t sync with the website version so it gets very confusing. So I pretty much only use the website version of physitrack.

3. Pls add seated hip abduction and adduction machine!

**Developer response:** Hello and thank you for the review and feedback! If possible, can you send us an email to support@physitrack.com, and we'll be able to assist with the 1st issue further, as there are some further questions to ask. As for issue 2, there is something we are working on to solve this, so keep an eye out for new updates regarding Physitrack iOS!

### 4/5 — Love the program, but app is very slow

*2022-07-15*

I enjoy this app for helping to keep patients updated with their treatment program. They have a really broad database of exercises which is certainly an advantage to other programs.

The app does seem to have some system bugs. Particularly the client communication front, every time I try to open client messages with iOS app the program crashes. Not sure if this is the same on the client side as well.

**Developer response:** Hello and thank you for the good word. Right now we're working on rewriting the foundations of the app, the new version will be faster and more stable on all the current devices.

### 4/5 — Au top mais

*2020-04-29, version 4.0.72*
