### 1/5 — Hire a UX Researcher do more user testing.

Watching the video for each exercise and then evaluating helpfulness and  pain scale is a good idea - the first time. 

Requiring users to watch the video for each set of each exercise every time is going to create more friction than it is worth for the majority of users - I know I am. 

Give us access to the pain rating and usefulness and let us track sets independent of watching the video
