While the screen does scroll, it doesn't scroll properly. Because of this buggy scrolling and floating banners, crucial options like 'Dispute Management' and 'Checkbook Management' remain completely hidden and inaccessible. If the scrolling doesn't work well, there should at least be a search bar at the top to find these features. I faced transaction issues twice, but couldn't access the dispute option from the app, forcing me to visit the branch. This is a very frustrating user experience.
