This app is so bad! I have the book and I’m trying to scan the QR code, it always says THIS QR CODE IS NOT VALID even though I bought it with MY own MONEY! 1 star.

None of my pil vr apps work on my iPhone 13. It doesn’t allow me to scan the QR code on any of the books. I loved the apps when I had my android phone, And we would like to use them again.

Like all the others we are frustrated by the apps with the books not working. Everything just spins uncontrollably and nothing can be done. I got the set as gift for Christmas and even though we tried to use the apps only months later, I’ll try to return, the kids were excited but sadly it’s not at all what it’s supposed to be. Developers don’t seem to care, none of the earlier reviews have made them fix it.

This is a piece of garbage. One star is generous. Codes scan but it’s a bunch of nonstop things moving in view, you can’t make anything out because there is some sort of glitch that hurts your eyes. Complete garbage and so disappointed!!!

My kids got a set of books and the VR viewer for Christmas. None of the apps work. After some research it looks like they stopped working in October with the iOS update. They should have fixed it by now, so either the developers don’t care or they aren’t even working on this app anymore. Returning our gift set to the store!

So l downloaded the app and it said to scan the QR code and l held it for 3 hours and it did not scan and I was NOT HAPPY because l held it there for 3 hours and l am going to delete the app
