The application and books and VR headset were a Christmas gift to my children from their grandparents. We setup everything correctly only to experience the image bouncing all over the display. We have Apple XR iPhones running the latest software from Apple. The setup instructions are awful and not helpful, the website is even worse. We had to do Google Internet searches only to find our issue of a bouncing image in the Google Android forums. And in that post, it says that this is a known issue since IOS 14.x. Total waste of a product that could have been a very good educational tool.
