The flight was delayed by an hour but the PIA staff and food will be memorable especially. An additional parcel with a small parcel of Biryani made the trip even more enjoyable. The behavior of the staff as travelers and asking and serving each one after the bill was very nice. No refund! *2025-08-04, version 4.2.2* I paid for VIP lounge access at Lahore Airport (Domestic Terminal) when flying to Karachi with PIA. Upon arrival, the staff informed me there was no PIA VIP lounge available. The PIA Station Manager in Lahore even confirmed via email that I should be refunded, but the money was never returned. The ONLY option to pay is by credit card, no Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal; so your options are extremely limited.
