## What is PiaBookPlayer?

"PiaBookPlayer" is a musical score display app for Kawai digital pianos.  It allows you to view the notated scores of the many lesson songs and practise pieces built into the digital piano, and listen to them playing back through the instrument. [*]

Transform your iPad or iPhone into a digital musical score viewer, allowing immediate access to hundreds of professionally created scores.

・Repeat phrase function feature
Tap a bar on the score to specify the play position or playing range.  Once the start and stop points are set, the passage will repeat continuously until stopped.

・Hands-free page turning using pedals  
Turn pages of the musical score using the sostenuto or soft pedals, allowing players to concentrate on their performance.

・Bluetooth MIDI connectivity  
PiaBookPlayer takes advantage of the wireless Bluetooth MIDI feature built into many Kawai digital pianos, allowing players to enjoy listening to classical pieces and viewing their musical scores from the comfort of an armchair.

I can’t even get it to keep a connection never mind work. Can someone please resolve this issue or just remove the app.

One of the recent updates must have had a bug where it keeps draining battery life in the back ground even when the app is not in use.  The drain is serious because it drains battery from 100% to 50% in less than 24 hours in the background.

Also the recent update removed the loop play functionality in the lesson. I can’t no longer loop a particular part which I really enjoyed in the previous versions. Could you fix the bug and bring it back please? I am using an ES110 by the way. Otherwise a great and very helpful app for Kawai electronic piano users.

Used to work fine on my iPad Air2 and CA901 piano. Now it will not load.  Have deleted the app and reinstalled it but to no avail.  Could be an incompatibility with an operating system upgrade.
