They answered my follow-up questions right away, and before long I was able to access my account successfully. I’ve always recommended PIACET to my colleagues and students, and after this experience, I will continue to do so with even greater confidence. ### 5/5 — Perfect for travelers *2025-11-25* As a full-time travel doc, this app is essential for keeping track of my multiple licenses, my ALS cards, and all of my CMEs. I love being able to send my credentials to my employer, a hospital Medical Staff Office, or a state Medical Board at a moment's notice. No more folders of loose pages to scan or FAX from home. A few clicks and the required information is on its way! ### 5/5 — GREAT Customer Service *2025-11-25* I had an issue where my account would not show up. This was well beyond my IT skills. I contacted customer service and with in a short window they were able to diagnose the issue and offer a couple of different fixes. They were able to rescue my account with all certificates in place. I was very appreciative, saving me the hassle of re doing my account . I just wanted to pass on how happy and satisfied I am with this app and the customer service that comes with it. The new update is great too, nice job guys! ### 5/5 — Great keeper, even better customer service *2025-11-25* Has been a great place to store licenses, certifications, etc. But when there were some changes with signing in with Apple and I couldn’t make it work, they went above and beyond to get everything transferred over to my normal email. Even searched other ways to make sure I didn’t have multiple accounts that needed to be merged. I would like to see the option for the documents to either be scanned in as a pdf or converted to a pdf when shared. Super responsive tech support! *2021-10-04* I love this app! It helps me stay organized, tracking several certifications and reminding me exactly when my renewals are due. It's great to have all of my licenses and certifications summarized in one place. I also love the addition of the COVID-19 vaccine in the tracker. While I was in PIACET recently, updating my info, I noticed something in my profile that needed updating. I contacted PIACET via the app to request help, and I received an email right away explaining how to update my info. I was surprised and very happy with such a quick and personalized response to my request for help. The PIACET app is so easy to use, easy to add pictures of certificates and licenses, and easy to update with recertifications. If you need to track your certifications and licenses, use PIACET! ### 5/5 — Credentialing *2021-06-11* My company merged with another and rebranded itself. In doing so, we all had to be re-credentialed. Rounding up all my State Licenses/DEA/CPR/CME/Diplomas/etc. is usually painful, but then I found Piacet and loaded all data and pics in and just sent it by email. No faxing, scanning, etc. Also I love that it sends notifications close to when I have to renew. ### 5/5 — Perfect for EMS, Military, and Nursing *2019-11-06* I've been using this app since it's release and it is great. It is perfect for transferring PDF of all of my certs and licenses to whoever needs it directly from my phone. The support is rarely needed but the few times I have reached out to them they have been extremely responsive and helpful. A few weeks later I was applying for jobs and uploaded everything into Piacet. The idea is super simple and so useful. Thank you for offering a product like this. I’ve used it multiple times over the last month. As a busy paramedic and mom, it can be difficult keeping up with all your certifications and the expiring dates and PIACET makes it easy. I even was having some difficulty trying to remember my username and password and they were quick to respond and help in no time. DOWNLOAD NOW!!! ### 5/5 — Happy User *2026-02-01* I’ve used the PIACET app for years, and as a Critical Care Paramedic, Firefighter, and AHA Instructor for BLS, ACLS, and PALS—with RN licensure coming soon—I genuinely rely on having all of my licenses and certifications instantly accessible and shareable. Recently, I ran into an issue where I couldn’t see my credentials in the app because I had originally registered with an old work email address I hadn’t used in years. I contacted their support team, and they quickly located my account and reconnected everything without hassle. The customer service was superb. When your professional credentials matter—as they do in healthcare and emergency services—having a company respond quickly and competently means a lot. Recently, I ran into an issue where I couldn’t locate the email associated with my account. The PIACET team noticed my multiple login attempts, proactively reached out to me, merged my accounts, and emailed me to let me know they had taken care of it. That level of attention and initiative was a big help and genuinely appreciated.
