### 2/5 — Great app but will log you out of account and take your money

So this is a great app to learn how to play the piano by ear without sheet music and I wanted to try it out, so I paid for the subscription but it’s not letting me log back in because I forgot my password and when I go to the reset screen to enter my email it says we can’t find this email. And my subscription is not canceled in fact my next due date is June 19th . So I am very upset that I am not able to get access to an app that I paid for. Also there is no way to contact customer support either. If this problem is not fixed I will cancel my subscription. Will update review if fixed.
