I adore this game and been playing it nonstop. Though I only have 1 problem, the pause button keeps getting in the way. I would be playing and every single second it would pause because of the button. That is my only request to move the pause button, remove it, or just have an option to have it please. If there is an option and I misses it I’ll just delete this review and give 5 stars. The song that played in the credits was called “Don’t forget”. I believe it was supposed to be Ralsei singing, as he is the one Kris was upset about, and the reason Kris is now Chara. It’s a very nice song and I wish it were in the game! You can even chose fall tile or rings there all great! You can play songs from undertale and FNAF. For anime fans, have you ever really liked a theme song from an anime? Do you like tap games? If so, this is the game for you. It might just be a tap game, but really is something. With many features, you can change how you play this game. If you forget what a theme song sounds like, instead of just listening to it, you can play it yourself. It gets addicting sometimes, but we don’t need to talk about that. Also, it has more than just anime theme songs. It has normal music too. Rap, R&B, Hip-Hop, and more. Just try it. ### 5/5 — Still a fan! *2019-10-30, version 1.52* So, I played this game basically when it came out. I’ve seen it progress a lot. From the beginning to the end. I’m impressed by what we have so far. From being just a simple piano tiles game with somewhat mediocre piano sound font, to a piano tile game with Osu, Fall and Tiles and it has a really nice and smooth sound font for basically any song, even our own MIDIs too! So I’m still a huge fan of this game. Just going to slip this in here while I’m at it, different piano sound fonts to choose from would be cool. But either way, I really like this game, all in all I recommend this to any Piano tile lover, especially if you love Anime or K-pop! ### 4/5 — I like it but... *2019-08-26, version 1.46* I like this because you can choose songs that are from games and anime unlike others, but I wish the music quality was a bit better. They had added a feature that removed holding your finger down on the screen to play instead of tapping the tiles. Once the fix was released I didn’t know about it and kept failing.... (oops) Anyway for the review side of things -Yeah the game is still great! I put at least 12 hours into the game because they add songs people actually want instead of the same classical music every other piano tiles game has. I still haven’t figured out completely how to add songs using midi files but I’m sure there is a tutorial out there somewhere. I rate the game five stars because... why not? I like the new difficulty settings, but would it be possible to add a setting to switch to the old sliders for more precise adjustments? Thank you for making the ultimate piano game! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — This used to be amazing *2019-02-20, version 1.42* I once really liked this app it sounded nice, felt nice, and controlled nice, you could control how much it sped up, and then I took a break from this game, and when I tried it just now it felt like a bad ripoff of what it used to be, it went from feeling nice and sounding nice but now it just hurts to play, you are now way more limited in how you played, and the ways that you can play feel like crap, and again I once really liked it but it has gone waaay downhill, and it’s honestly disappointing, I saw this app improve and improve, and the it just stopped, it was like the start of a roller coaster, it slowly went up, stopped at the top for just a moment and then it just dropped multiple times faster than its rise and while that may be fun on a ride, it is not so fun with an app, it is just really sad to see **Developer response:** Thanks for letting me know the problem with the new update that affect the gameplay. There are many replicas of songs and some of them don’t even sound like the sound they say they are. I know what the bts songs sounds like and I’m disappointed that most of the song there don’t sound like bts songs. Also some of the songs are just way to fast. It starts off crazy fast and u don’t have have a luge time to hear the song. Unlike the real piano tiles this version is terrible. The real piano tiles have a clear organized set of music even if the music are just classical I still love the game. This is game terrible, do not waste data and download this game. Reduce speed on easy mode to make it easier to play. ### 1/5 — Bring back the 5 chances *2017-12-24, version 1.20* Before the update, everytime I mess up a song and want to keep playing, I would press the “play ad after” button so that after the song, I’d watch an ad. But now, when I mess up, the song has to be interrupted for a minute long unskippable ad, which is very annoying. And even after sitting through that ad, it still only gives me one chance. This whole system makes the game way less fun to play, and ruins the experience. ### 2/5 — Searching for songs is nearly impossible *2020-08-24, version 1.53* I spent 30 minutes trying to get a song, you have to type the songs name just right otherwise it will not go, and if you spend one minute trying to find a song the stupid thing will not load and I have to get out of the game and get back in just to play the freaking song! I can’t not believe how many time I have to send negative feedback on this game, this game is just a disappointment! ### 2/5 — Meh.. *2018-10-12, version 1.29* It has a wide variety of songs but most of them sound okay at best even when playing them perfectly. The animations are pretty terrible, as in there aren't any and when you press the tiles they just disappear no fading and the UI is pretty bad as well. It loons really bad on fast songs and makes them almost impossible because of how weird it looks. I wish it was higher quality and the songs sounded better when playing them but still its decent. ### 2/5 — Eh *2018-03-20, version 1.21* Some of the songs are off and sound really bad and weird, for an example megalovania. If you want to play megalovania and it sound normal you might want to download a midi thats sounds actually good, The game even tells you that you can download a midi and play any song but the instructions are very unclear and difficult to understand for anyone who doesn't know how to use midi. Also the layout is very odd, and hard to get used to. What i do however like is how they have an option to where you can turn on and off ads which is nice, I also like how i can change the settings of how fast the notes come down and how fast the song goes. So this app is just an eh until they fix the issues i came across. But if they do then this app would be better. ### 3/5 — Kind of buggy *2018-12-18, version 1.36* In my opinion the app itself it pretty great. But there is a bug or two here and there that make playing on the app hard. The main bug that I’m struggling with is when choosing the ‘fall’ tiles it won’t let you press several keys. You’d have to press the one key repeatedly for it to actually react. This has only occurred after one of the more recent updates. I hope this gets fixed soon. Besides that the app is fun and a great time passer with many interesting songs. ### 3/5 — The Update *2018-09-04, version 1.25* I loved this game because of the difficulty of the songs and how fun it was to master them. The new update over simplifies pretty much all the songs so that rather than tapping tiles in the rhythm, you’re just holding your finger which creates a generated beat. This made the game extremely bland. I like the new modes and all, but I feel as though the system of original tiles didn’t need to be changed. ### 4/5 — Suggestion: *2021-08-03, version 1.53* I Just had a suggestion a small one, i think the game is great and has a great selection of music to play and the gameplay is really good especially how You can change what mode your using if its tile or the falling notes its Nice-I just wanted to suggest if it can be made possible to play horizontally because i dont much space playing the game vertically its more of A problem for those with smaller phones but if you have a tablet you should be fine but if this were added it would be very convenient and way more comfortable to play the game with having more space by having the game be played horizontally,Thank you so Much for the game. ### 4/5 — One of the best out there but one problem..... *2021-01-19, version 1.53* The game is harder on the phone when it comes to dealing with single tiles. Playing some of the Chopin songs on an Apple phone is too small. The Chopin album might be very playable for me on a tablet or a smaller iPad at a speed of 16.8 TPS on a tablet but not on a small phone because then playing certain songs to repeatedly tap away with ease would not be fun for me anymore. I might be able to play Etude in A minor op 25 no 11 on a tablet but not on a phone though because the screen is too small to play some songs on a phone. I have an iPhone SE which brought up this game to be the hardest on a phone with the exception of a tablet or a smaller iPad. Maybe 1-5% of you review writers might not think of this as fun but overall, I think it’s amazing. I believe that this is the most realistic game with the world’s most accuracy with most songs on the phone that in all honesty has more of relationship to a real piano tiles game that is defined as stable and soft. Just in case you were looking forward to being able to tap the tiles with ease, I would recommend it 100% of players who were waiting for a game related to this and waiting to enjoy the most relaxing screen touch sensitivities but if the phone is your only opportunity then I would not recommend this game on as many devices that I thought the suggestion would work on. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Still great after years *2022-03-28, version 1.53* I previously gave a 3 star review after I was upset that there was no new update. Now I know that there will never be another one, and while it makes me sad, I’m still amazed by how great this app still is. I’ve played almost every song in the anime section, and even made videos with the songs, now I’m doing a new type of videos combining the piano tiles with the actual anime openings, using a video editor. The only problem is that sometimes the tuning will be terrible but you just need to reset the app, and some songs become broken after time. As I was messing around and exploring the entire app, I found a section talking about how to import custom osu maps to the game and such. I was thrilled because theres a certain song I’d relly like to play, but even after an hour of attempts I just cant get it to work :( I don’t know if this is a glitch or something but I’d love to see that option fixed, so if you’re willing dev, please look into it.
