很差劲的软件，小孩用了备用机人脸识别付费该软件，看到付费信息后立即申请退款，表示未成年不小心购买，商家不支持退款，没有说明不退款理由，APP官方客服也帮忙申请退款，同样收到答案不支持退款，该软件极其敷衍，不处理、不解决、不解释的态度让消费者无语。

**Developer response:** 很抱歉给您带来不好的体验。关于付费与退款，相关流程是由 Apple 的 App Store 统一处理，开发者无法直接操作退款。

建议您通过 App Store 的“报告问题”页面提交退款申请（reportaproblem.apple.com）。
