She had birth trauma form cord and they encouraged us to stimulate her in whatever way possible with reading music etc. she is 1 yrs old now and I have watched her go Forman infant listening and watching me play to a baby who now points at the colors to play. She loves praise with her physical therapy etc so the clapping at the end is one of her favorite parts. Thank you for a wonderful and useful app for all ages. Lots of fun. Jeanne F. I saw my nearly three-year-old grandson playing with the app today and he was having a great time. It is educational as well as entertaining. I am a piano teacher so anything I find that can be used to get any child interested in the piano is a worthy investment. My only complaint is after an upgrade the icon turned into a white box, no colors or piano keys.. Maybe that can be fixed? True, it does not teach how to read music sheets. I paid $2 for this and it doesn't work, the colored keys get stuck or an extra note gets added, it's so awful. Also there is an annoying farty sound everytime you tap a menu button. Very stupid app. ### 1/5 — WTH *2012-02-05, version 1.0.2* Tried downloading it yesterday but it still hasn't fully installed, like another reviewer said. I can't delete it and try again because it won't give me the little X as it's in a kind of limbo. Don't know what to do! HELP! While limited to the right hand, you play by touching the correct keys as colored notes waterfall down the screen. Great for those with limited or no piano background. The sound is soft and not too annoying. The range of music is great and quite a few essentials. Well worth the $2 My only complaint is, however, the songs need to be MUCH longer. Especially the classics. Perhaps just the short ones to start but unlock longer or more difficult additions as you progress. This app is awesome. It's fun, encouraging (there's thunderous applause whenever you complete a song), and now I can actually sit at a piano and play a couple of songs. It teaches you what fingers to hit which keys with, and you learn good songs. He could follow along with the easiest songs at the slower speeds. After a couple of years of "playing", he is now taking piano lessons. I had none of the problems listed by others about sound, keys sticking, etc. Only recommendation is for some more children's songs and holiday songs.
