## What is PianoBloom?

PianoBloom transforms music theory into an interactive visual experience. Explore scales, modes, and chords with an intuitive interface that makes complex musical relationships easy to understand because everything is being adjusted in front of your eyes. Turn the external circle to change Key Signatures and Tonal centers, turn the internal circle to change Modes. iOS drag gestures and UI elements make the App look timelessly elegant. The Interval Bloom shows output on the piano keys while giving you the whole arrangement of intervals. Whenever you explore a chord, it is always in the context of the current Key Signature, Mode and Scale Type.

- All 15 keys with transposition and 3 keys with Sharp/Flat switch

1. Improved Keyboard UI/UX, Glissando is now possible!
2. Improved Keyboard scrollbar;
3. Tapping the Keyboard no longer silences a chord that is played by selecting Roman Numerals;
4. B Major and F Sharp Major Key Signatures no longer blink on the Flower petals for a tiny moment.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-06-15

1. Fixed all stability issues for the Synth Sound Engine. The keyboard is now so stable that it can be used as a reliable instrument performing on a stage. It was possible to crash the sound engine by extra rapid tapping, that is no longer possible.
2. Roman numeral buttons now also highlight piano keys and play the sound of the chord you selected, notes show up in the Standard Notation output.
3. Added 7th/6 chord button and Sus chords in Pentatonic can be toggled from Sus2 to Sus4.
4. When Roman numerals are selected, each chord has its name shown in the center of the Interval Circle.
