Otherwise this app has been great but I’m not sure why it printed this way. Tell me please…WHY DIDN’T YOUR ASSOCIATE RECOMMEND THE SAME??!! I placed an order on April 17. They separated my order into three separate orders. These were pictures of my corgi that recently passed away. The whole process was emotional for me so they separated my 16 x 20 into a separate order my 4 x 6 is into a separate order and my wallet size into a separate order two of the orders went UPS. The other one went FedEx. Does somebody want to tell me how they had no problem and debited my Wells Fargo account but all three orders are missing. I have not received either orthat’s just wrong and the worst part about it is that there is no way to get a customer service. You have to email them which I’ve done twice with all my backup receipts and everything order numbers and still nobody has returned any of my emails so I guess I have to go through the whole process again with another company. I will never use this company ever again and I hope a lot of people don’t from reading my review because they took my money. I’ve only gotten 2 emails saying my order is being printed but no confirmation. Sent an email to the company to cancel my order. It would have been faster to go to Walmart. Delete the app. Doesn’t work. Appears they just disappeared. Only good thing is I haven’t paid yet or I’d be asking for a refund. The good part is I didn’t have to pay for my photos but I never got the photos they were never delivered to Walmart I never got an email saying they were finished I emailed this company with no response and it’s upsetting because they have my pictures which are my personal pictures and that’s unsettling. But at least I didn’t have to pay for them. But I’m deleting the app it’s not a very trustworthy app it’s better just to go to Walmart app and what are your pictures directly from Walmart. This company advertised as a Walmart app when it came up and that’s why I chose it. Red hair, orange background, yellow trees. Brown lips. My photos were ruined. I had deleted the photos on my phone after I put them on the app for print. I take it no one checks the photos after print before they are delivered.
