I sold my slow photo quality flat-bed scanner this past weekend because it’s so impractical after using Pic Scanner Gold. My ONLY real criticism is that you can’t move the camera(phone) in close enough to fill most of the frame with just the picture. The app makes you stay back quite a ways so you end up with a lot of the blank work area behind the scanned picture in your “Originals” before the cropped to image “Gallery” picture is made.
