I understand that’s what I signed up for on the free version. I don’t at all enjoy getting hung up in the app and not being able to download my collage to my phone. That feels incompetent. Also not a fan of you refusing to let me leave a review from the app, when I select that I’m not enjoying it in the pop up you make me answer. That feels skeezy. Incompetent + Skeezy on the same visit = hard pass on the paid version Pro Tip: if you want someone to consider paying for your product, give them an excellent, annoyance-free experience on the free portion. You have to pay over $2/month to use a 4x6 canvas so I decided to try 4x4. I placed 4 photos on the canvas and then some war game took over the whole screen. No matter where I tapped, it would not go away, only showed "Get." I have no patience for this.
