There’s no way to go back and print out a check or see what has been spent in the past without going over to our statements. When you get to the statement again, you can’t look at the check. I don’t understand why you you did away with that database. It was extremely useful. ### 2/5 — So dated *2025-02-18* PFCU Mobile app is something straight out of 2002. The look and feel of the app is profoundly passé. The way that transfers and deposits are listed, for me at least, is confusing as well. Hopefully they update their mobile app soon. The credit union is great. I can never sign in during the early morning. Always gives me errors ### 2/5 — App Hardly Works *2023-08-01* So many issues with logging in - it always prompts me to call a phone number when I’ve entered my information for assistance. (The information is correct because I can log in in a browser, just not the app.) ### 1/5 — Awful layout and app development *2023-05-28, version 20.3.1* There are numerous issues wrong with the current version of the app that never seem to get fixed. Whenever you login there’s a90% chance it won’t even let you sign in and you’ll get an error code. On the slim chance are ARE able to sign in the load times are excruciatingly difficult. Not to mention the help number that is provided leads to a pharmacy of some sort asking if you need to refill your prescriptions. Whenever you try to transfer any funds to your savings or checking (or vise versa) you’re given a white blank screen. App needs total reform from paid developers and not someone told on a whim to make a banking app. ### 1/5 — It’s okay *2022-09-14, version 20.3.1* The credit union is great. I don’t know why. ### 2/5 — Sudden issues with the app *2019-04-09* This app has been working fine for years and recently (last 3-4 days) it’s been having issues showing I have no network connectivity, repeatedly. Sometimes it works when I shut down the app and go back in. Others will let me get to the page I need and then show the error. Today I tried to delete the app and downloaded again with no change. It was and is inconvenient but ideal with it. A day or two ago I could not access and still can not access the bill pay section of the on-line banking on my iPad as it displays a blank page. Noteworthy is the fact that all of the other sections of the on-line banking are still accessible including making a transfer, cards, account summaries, etc. Very disappointed. It only intermittently works. Majority of the time I get an error, and then again, and again, when I try to log in. No, I’m not typing the wrong password. It’s frustrating when I just want to check my balance or see charges, but I can’t because the app doesn’t want to work. Please fix it. Please! ### 1/5 — Unusable *2024-11-20* Ever since PCFU switched from user ID # to user names, this app has been horrendous. Terrible to navigate and extremely sluggish. The credit union is great everywhere else except this app. ### 1/5 — Way too slow *2024-09-29* This app is way too slow, it takes about 20 seconds to go from one function to another. Otherwise it works fine. ### 1/5 — Horrible New Platform *2024-09-21* Was working fine. Had to try to fix what was not broken. Minutes between each screen. Icons don’t work. Freezes. This is the worst “upgrade” I’ve ever seen. Asked several times to please fix or revert back. Got “we are aware sometimes it might be a little slow”. Been like this for a month. Why not just fire the vendor or reinstall the previous edition? About to change banks after 20 years. ### 1/5 — Screens are not loading *2024-09-14* Other screens are taking forever.
