## What is Piccolo O₂?

Piccolo O₂ provides users of the Invacare Platinum Mobile Oxygen concentrator with an easy to use interface for viewing device settings and product diagnostic information.  By displaying this information on a user’s iPhone or iPad the App provides a user with the freedom to discreetly view concentrator settings such as pulse flow, battery time remaining and any current service alerts, all without having to remove the device from its carry case.  The Piccolo O₂ does not enable the user to control the device, alter device settings or display any user specific data relating to medical treatment or diagnosis.
 
To help improve the support experience, the Piccolo O₂ App enables a user to share device settings and product diagnostic information with their equipment provider or service agent via the Invacare O₂ website.  This website is designed to increase service efficiency and customer service and is only available to registered organizations.
