The app no longer automatically pastes or even asks me if I want to paste a URL, though it's set to just open the URL upon launch in my settings. The only options that I have are photos, video, record, and PDF, and in settings, though I uninstalled and reinstalled to try to fix this problem, doesn't give me the option to make it the full version again, though I paid for the lifetime license. You can't even click on the button to review the app. It used to be a great app, now it's a great failure.

I’m a totally blind blogger and this functionality is crucial for my work! “Unable to process your video.” That’s exactly what the app says for 2 weeks no matter whether I load a PDF or any YouTube video, or a video/photo from the photo roll. The grossest part here is that I emailed the support team over a week ago and they haven’t even bothered to respond! Guess it’s just 2026 and most people just don’t take any responsibilities, even when it comes to some commercial products! I was considering buying a premium version, thank god I haven’t wasted my money. Using an iPhone 13 with IOS26.5. If the developer was totally blind themselves, I’m sure they’d fix this this in an hour with a public apology and some hefty discounts……

This is a very wonderful app. I've been able to share images with my family, take images of myself to share. I've been able to put wallpapers on my phone, and it's really incredible. I cannot wait to see what else the developers have  in store.

Percebi que meu aplicativo parou de funcionar no dia 15 de março. O que aconteceu? Pararam o projeto? Eu até instalei e vou instalar de novo pra ver se volta ao normal. Mas achei bem estranho. Hoje já é dia 16. Ou seja, um dia inteiro sem funcionar,  e olha que eu não usei no sábado dia 14... Então não sei dizer se no sábado também estava assim

I’m not sure what’s been happening today, but the app has been freezing up when I go to get image descriptions. Why is that? I updated the app in the App Store. My phone is up to the latest firmware update. I don’t know what else to do.

This is such an incredible app! Thanks for making such a great app for describing images and video. It’s voiceover accessible, and I enjoy using it. I have used it so far for describing images that people send me through WhatsApp and or messages, as well as describing the scenes of different videos that have been posted to various YouTube channels. the only things that I have noticed is the waiting sound toggle option is gone in the setting screen, and the unlabeled help button inside the setting screen itself. Other than that, nothing else to report except those two issues.
