Donc pour le code PIN, ni celui de l’iPhone ni celui de la SIM/eSIM ne fonctionne. Pour le QR code, ben… il me faut un second iPhone, un autre device, un QR code va arriver par la Poste ou pigeon voyageur ??? J’ai jamais rien vu d’aussi debile et inutile . ### 1/5 — Épatant *2025-02-26, version 2025.2.2* Ayant téléchargé l’application via mon opérateur, Bouygues Telecom, j’ai inconsciemment fait confiance et installé l’application PiceaOne pour régler un problème technique sur mon téléphone. En l’ouvrant, le logo de chargement de connexion a commencé à tourner… et ne s’est jamais arrêté. Vous pouvez imaginer ma surprise, d’autant plus que ma connexion fonctionne parfaitement (merci Bouygues). Mon unique autre option ? Scanner un QR code. D’accord, mais LEQUEL ? De quel QR code parle-t-on ? L’application n’est pas claire du tout. Et honnêtement, même si la connexion fonctionnait, ou pire, si j’avais scanné un QR code au hasard, je doute fortement que cette application soit capable de détecter le moindre problème sur mon téléphone. Merci d’essayer vos propres applications avant de nous faire télécharger n’importe quoi. Sérieusement, le PDG de Bouygues vous doit une faveur ? Ou c’est juste un neveu pistonné ? You get to the end, it tells you there’s an issue, you enter your email and you don’t even receive the results. On ne peux rien faire d’autre. Quel QR code ? ### 2/5 — Certains tests ne sont pas clairs *2024-03-09, version 2024.1.1* Les explications de certains tests ne sont pas clairs… du coup l’outil trouve une erreur alors que c’est juste l’opérateur qui ne sait pas comment faire. Par exemples : activer FaceId (il est déjà actif) et verrouiller (je ne sais le faire qu’en éteignant l’écran avec le bouton de droite, le téléphone restant en veille… puis je déverrouille avec FaceId après avoir relevé l’appareil mais visiblement ce n’est pas ce qu’attend l’outil…. ### 1/5 — Inutile *2024-02-14, version 2024.1.1* Pour détecter un problème réseau, il demande des accès qui n’ont rien à voir avec le problème comme l’appareil photo, la caméra, le son ect, ect.
