### 1/5 — Can’t restore lifetime

*2026-10-02*

I received a promo code for this and it unlocked pro for life however I had to reset my iPad because of the new update for iOS 27 and it will not restore my account, it says that my account is not valid with lifetime purchase, which doesn’t make sense because I literally had pro working totally fine and now it’s just gone. Developers have been doing this a lot lately. It seems like they do it to get downloads and then they delete everyone’s account that they give the promotions to

**Developer response:** Hi Boogs1329,
We’re truly sorry for this frustrating restore issue after your iPad reset. Promo code lifetime unlocks are tied to your Apple ID, not our backend account.
Could you please try tapping “Restore Purchases” again, and confirm you’re signed in with the same Apple ID that redeemed the promo code?
If it still fails, please reach out to us via the in-app support channel, and share your Apple ID’s purchase receipt. We’ll help you troubleshoot immediately.
We never remove promo-code granted lifetime access intentionally. Thank you for your patience.
