## What is Pick Finger Game?

WHO'S DOING IT? SETTLE IT IN SECONDS.

Someone has to pay the bill, take the trash out, or go first. Nobody wants to
choose — and nobody wants to be blamed for choosing.

Put your fingers on the screen. Pick Finger Game picks one. Everybody watches
it happen, so nobody can argue with it afterwards.


HOW TO PLAY

1. Everyone puts a finger on the screen (two or more of you)
2. Hold still — a short countdown starts
3. A light sweeps around, slows down, and stops on the winner — crown and
   confetti

That's it. No sign-up, no setup, nothing to explain to your friends.

TWO WAYS TO PLAY

You always need one more finger than winners, so picking 2 needs 3 fingers.

ELIMINATE — fingers are ELIMINATED one at a time until one is left standing.
It takes longer on purpose. That's the fun part.


BUILT SO NOBODY CAN ARGUE

• It shows how many fingers it counted before it picks, so nobody is left out
  by accident
• Everybody gets their own colour
• A countdown ring appears under every finger, so nobody has to see the middle
  of the screen — hands can cover it
• The light slows down like a roulette wheel, so everyone is watching the same
  moment
• Pick one winner and their colour washes across the whole screen for a
  moment — you can read the result from across the table
• The winner stays on screen after everyone lifts their hands. No more
  "wait, who won?"
• If a finger gets lost, or too many are on the screen, the app says so
  instead of leaving you guessing


GOOD TO KNOW

• To change the mode or the number of winners, clear the screen first: lift
  all fingers off, or tap Play Again after a round. The controls appear once
  the screen is empty.
• An iPhone tracks about 5 fingers at once. If there are more than five of
  you, use an iPad — it handles a much bigger group, so everyone gets a spot.
• Sound follows Silent Mode, so it stays quiet when your phone is. There is a
  mute button too, on the start and result screens.
• It won't stop your music — the game plays over whatever you already have on.
• On iPhone you also feel a buzz, so the countdown works in a loud room.
• Ask Siri to "Start Pick Finger Game", or find it in Spotlight.

This game is so awful. It doesn’t even shock you like what it doesn’t shock you and says in the game of shock shoes so that’s why I read it one star because it’s not looking the same as it is so don’t ever upload this game

There’s no point of this game-it’s 10 seconds long and just sad overall. I’m not joking, it’s just you tap the screen once in 10 seconds then you tap the screen to restart and do it all over again. For whatever reason this ‘game’, if you even want to call it that, was created, it probably isn’t a good reason, just like the app itself. I would honestly recommend this app to NOBODY, whatsoever, wether they are a boy, girl, tall, small, whatever, no one deserves to play this game. It’s not worth your time

• Easier to follow. While the game is picking, the other circles dim, so the one it's on stands out from across the table.

• Clearer result. "WINNER!" now stays out of the winner's way, the background dims so every color stands out, and the X in Eliminate is bigger and sits right next to the finger it belongs to.

• More build-up. The countdown ring now empties completely just as the round starts, the picking slows right down before it stops, and the winning sound is the loudest moment of the round.

• A brighter celebration. The fireworks show up in full color, and there's no more flicker when you start the next game.

• Easier to read. Brighter text on screen, and the start screen now says what Eliminate does.

A few fixes to make rounds smoother

• A quick finger slip no longer costs you the round. If your finger loses
  contact for a moment during the reveal and goes straight back down,
  you're still in — in both Pick and Eliminate.

• Turn the device mid-round. The circles stay under everyone's fingers
  when you rotate — and on iPad, when you resize the window too.

• A call won't decide for you. If something takes over the screen
  mid-round, the countdown simply starts again, instead of picking a
  winner nobody could see.

• Sound looks after itself. It comes back on its own after an
  interruption.
