## What is Pick?

Stop arguing. Start swiping.

PickIt is the fastest way for a group of friends to pick something - a movie, a show, or tonight's restaurant - without the thirty-message group chat. One person creates a room, shares a 4-digit code, everyone swipes on the same cards at the same time, and the app tells you what the group agreed on.

No accounts. No sign-ups. No ads. Rooms auto-delete after 24 hours. You are in and swiping in ten seconds.

HOW IT WORKS

1. One person taps Run the room and gets a 4-digit code.
2. Everyone else taps Crash a room and punches in the code.
3. The host picks what you are deciding on: Movies, TV, or Food. Pick the filters: genres, cuisines, distance.
4. Everyone swipes right on what they would be happy with, left on what they would not.
5. When everyone finishes, you see the winner: what everyone agreed on, or what the majority voted for.

That is it. Ten seconds to start. Sixty seconds to finish.

THREE WAYS TO DECIDE

Movies. Real showtimes at cinemas near you. Filter by genre. Mix Action and Documentary if your group is weird like that.

TV shows. Mix across the major streaming services. Skip the scroll. Get to watching.

Food and restaurants. Pick cuisines (Italian, Japanese, Indian, Thai, and more), or let every cuisine in. Dial in distance: five minutes walk or a quick drive. The app handles the rest.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Real-time sync. When your friend swipes, the app knows. No refresh, no did you vote yet.

It knows when you have all agreed. The app celebrates a unanimous match with confetti. A strict majority gets The mob has spoken. Nobody agreed? Reshuffle, broaden the filters, or let the dice decide.

Tie-breaks are handled. Top two cards are tied? The app runs a quick revote. Still tied? One more round. Still stuck? The host can summon fate and the app picks for you.

No endless scroll. Every card is a real candidate. The deck is curated to the genre, the cuisine, the distance.

Emoji-only profiles. Pick a fox, a panda, a unicorn. That is your identity. No real name required.

Built for bad Wi-Fi. Dropped connections reconnect automatically. If a friend phone dies mid-swipe, their votes stick. They just rejoin.
