Well done ### 1/5 — App needs to be fixed - esp on Sunday *2023-03-12* Great in concept and when it works but: 1. They debit you for maximum your shop could cost before checking stock. Then when items are out of stock (often) they don’t refund you. The money goes into your pick and pay ‘wallet’. You then have to request a refund which generates an email which links to a form where you request the money to be returned to your bank account which takes 7 days. And no they don’t give you the interest. 2. Sometimes there is a billing issue where the bank hold the funds but there is a problem with the asap app so the money sits somewhere between the bank and the supermarket and it’s a massive issue to get it back. Happened twice. You wait up to two weeks to get the money back and the groceries don’t come. 3. In all three of my previous three orders I have had mouldy things (bread and cheese). Again it’s a long wait and admin to get refunded and you are without the things you need. So recent experiences have put me off the app. Biggest issue is not getting a refund straight to my account but all the faff and time waiting instead. ### 1/5 — Bad *2023-01-23* The app is bad and might not show you where the delivery guy is. Just shop at checkers✌️ ### 5/5 — Super *2023-01-04, version 6.4.1* Love this app and it’s perks ### 1/5 — Do not use this Ap *2022-12-06* Firstly - when you have ordered - pick n pay debits your bank account in full before checking if item is out of stock or not. The ap also does not tell you out of stock. If the item is out of stock The smart shopper card is then loaded with a “wallet” of the value not delivered. This wallet is only available on the ASAP Try to refund then the amount is cleared and transaction cancelled. if you try to spend it on the ap then the amount is cleared and not utilized. then after 4x calls to customer service. 2x trips to my local store. I am now told 10 days for refund. Shame on pick n pay. Never never going there again.
