I don't think there was any driver involved in this at this point. There was no customer service and I feel like I'm being scammed. But their payment system works since it charged me! ### 1/5 — Charged for Service bot completed *2022-09-02* I was charge for over $140 for a service that did not happen, this company charges you before a driver is even selected and before the service is done. I have never had to pay for a service that was not done yet… I would never use this company again. They still have not refunded me my money and it seems like they will not refund me my money. I called and talk to somebody and they told me they would five days later I still haven’t gotten the money. ### 1/5 — Fraud warning *2021-11-30* I downloaded this app and never entered my credit card information. I downloaded it in the attempt to become a driver for this company and downloaded the user app instead. When I came back to the app my cart was loaded with $300 worth of food and liquor. Lucky for me I never entered my credit card information. This app has been uninstalled, reported and I will never use it again. **Developer response:** This is completely false, this is the only complaint we have ever received, we have made hundreds of deliveries with zero complaints.
