Friendly driver’s and Great service. Only reason I left a 4 start and not a 5 is because, I wish the busses ran later into the evening on weekdays. Also running on weekends so that people that don’t have an other means of transportation can get to work if they need too. It would help a lot of people out more then it already is… ### 5/5 — Cobourg Transit *2021-08-04, version 2.14.2* 1st Driver I encountered showed me how to register. I called the number provided. Customer Service Person registered me in a friendly and professional manner and booked my ride. At the exact time I was given the bus appeared. 2nd Driver was also friendly and courteous. No complaints. Thank you ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2024-11-01, version 3.25.2* Had to order the bus three days in advance and my bus was still late with the app saying “ride delayed”. My driver dropped me off at the wrong stop and refused to bring me to the correct one. I was 15 minutes late to my babysitting job so four children all under the age of 10 were left unattended for 15 minutes. Would not recommend booking busses any less than 30 minutes before you are expected to be at your location. ### 1/5 — Times. *2024-05-07, version 3.18.0* I’ve started to realize that you either get times that don’t work in ur favour or “sorry, the busses are in high demand in ur area”. When they aren’t. Like I’ve almost been late 4 times because of how stupid the times are. Like either get more busses or add a “drop off time”. Can’t even select a bus stop anymore ### 2/5 — Too Inconvenient *2024-05-01, version 3.18.0* I’ve been using these services for 3 years and I can now say: 80% of the time I try to order a bus even days in advance it tells me their service is in high demand around the area for the time I searched as if I need to buy a premium membership and whenever I do find a bus I’M THE ONLY ONE IN IT. I don’t understand if this is an app issue or the drivers just lie about being already booked so they don’t have to work, but it severely needs to be looked at. Other than that the drivers are nice and polite, but that doesn’t outweigh this incredible issue. ### 2/5 — Inconsistent *2023-12-31, version 3.14.0* The app is good when it works however I pay lots of money monthly for this service and it’s not letting me book any busses this week in the area I need even when I try and do it a week in advance it’s saying there is no service at that time in the are I search. I search within running times of 8-9 am and 3-5 pm and nothing! It’s so frustrating, and often times drivers are late. I always go to school safe because of the few drivers I had and I also go home safe because of them as well….
