There are lots of benefits of watching ads when you want to, so much so that that plus me thoroughly enjoying the game led me to buy the $20 no ads but still get rewards pack. Happy to support this game if this quality continues. My only hope for this game is that even after 5-10 hours played I don’t see any sort of multiplayer/leaderboards etc system. Maybe it will come or be released. If so 5 stars for sure. Maybe similar to other games and let you add friends/see others stats/builds/gear etc or even a start with leaderboards for things. The gameplay is simple and straightforward, the music is good, and there are time-based challenges that add to the fun. Despite the good, there is at least one major problem: very tiny gains for a disproportionately huge cost. Finally earn enough green gems to research an upgrade? It’ll benefit you by .01%. Spend several hours collecting and making ingredients to make other things that’ll sell for a lot of money so you can invest in decreasing production time only to burn through 300k to decrease it by .1% at .01% increments. Good games can be negatively impacted by being made too easy or too cumbersome and this is the latter. Is it good? Yes. Is it worth the effort in the long run?
